Outpatient Clinic – Standardized Patient Education

This training module aims to provide patient education in outpatient services for internal medicine departments in medical schools. Training with simulated and standardized patients offers practical experience in various specialties such as pharmacology, otolaryngology, internal medicine, radiology, and obstetrics and gynecology. Participants will develop skills in communicating effectively with patients and conducting diagnosis and treatment processes efficiently. The training aims to prepare participants for real clinical experiences and reinforce clinical decision-making skills. As a result, healthcare professionals will reach a level where they can act confidently and competently in outpatient services.

Training Objective: This training aims to develop patient management and communication skills in outpatient settings and to provide mastery of clinical processes in different areas of expertise.

Required Qualifications: The Outpatient Patient Education Module consists of different modules, therefore, appropriate qualifications are required for each training. Participants must have basic knowledge in the relevant internal medicine departments.
