The third educational training program organized by our VITAL – Lokman Hekim University Vocational Skills and Simulation Center, Ankara’s largest simulation center in its field, began today under the title “Training of Trainers in Clinical Skills Simulations.”
The meeting, attended by our university’s Professional Skills and Simulation Center management board and academic experts from 17 different branches, covered the scope of simulation in healthcare, creating educational content, coaching training, small group training, demonstration and coaching practice, preparing checklists and scoring guidelines, medical simulation and application models, debriefing training, scenario management, scenario evaluation, and application.
