Aziz Sancar Science High School Students Put on White Lab Coats

Lokman Hekim University hosted a special introduction and experience program for students of Aziz Sancar Science High School on December 22.The event, held at the Vital Simulation Center, was designed as a high-quality program that gave high school students interested in the health field the opportunity to observe and experience basic health information firsthand.

A Close Look at the Health Field: Hands-on Experience

As part of the program, students were informed about the basic components of health services and had the opportunity to directly observe the work processes of health professionals through applications carried out in simulation environments. Thanks to the hands-on stations, students gained awareness about health professions by seeing how theoretical knowledge corresponds to practice.

Professional Awareness with the “Wearing a White Coat” Program

The event, designed under the title “Wearing a White Coat,” offered students the symbolic experience of being a healthcare professional for a day. This approach helped students perceive professional roles in the healthcare field more concretely.
