Dr. Aslı TÜRKMEN DEMİR was born in Afyonkarahisar in 1991. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Eskişehir Osmangazi University in 2013. She completed her residency in Emergency Medicine in 2020 at the Department of Emergency Medicine at Afyonkarahisar University of Health Sciences.
Between 2020 and 2022, she worked as a specialist physician at the Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kalemli State Hospital in Tavşanlı, Kütahya.
In 2022, she began working as a specialist physician at the Health Application and Research Center of Lokman Hekim University and currently continues her duties as the Head of the Emergency Department.
In 2023, he began working as an assistant professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine, Lokman Hekim University. He currently serves as a faculty member at the same institution and holds the following positions at Lokman Hekim University Faculty of Medicine: Member of the Clinical Skills Education Committee, Member of the Pre-Graduation Student Coordination Committee (Clinical Sub-Committee), Assistant Coordinator for Year 6, Member of the Software Coordination Committee, and Member of the Faculty of Medicine Bologna Coordination Unit, as well as serving as an Instructor and Assistant Director at the Lokman Hekim University ViTAL (Virtual Training and Learning for Healthcare) Simulation Center Instructor and Assistant Director.
Critical care management, resuscitation, trauma management, and medical education-simulation applications are Dr. Aslı TÜRKMEN DEMİR’s areas of special interest.
