A “Training of Trainers” Meeting Was Held at Vital

The “Training of Trainers” meeting was held on May 25-26, 2024, by our VITAL – Lokman Hekim University Vocational Skills and Simulation Center, which is Ankara’s largest simulation center in its field.

The meeting, attended by the management board of our university’s Professional Skills and Simulation Center and academic staff from 21 different departments, covered the following topics: the scope of simulation in healthcare, creating educational content, coaching training, small group training, demonstration and coaching practice, preparing checklists and scoring guidelines, medical simulation and application models, debriefing training, scenario management, scenario evaluation, and application.
